Exchange a foreign driver's licence in Saskatchewan
Do you have to take a road test? It depends entirely on who issued your licence. Here is what SGI publishes.
Saskatchewan publishes the longest list we found: 42 entries including the United States, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Ukraine. With more than two years of driving experience you exchange with no testing at all. With less, you enter the graduated program at the appropriate stage, still untested.

- Motorcycle licences
- Yes: the motorcycle list is shorter than the Class 5 list.
If it does not
Saskatchewan is unusual: even from a country not on its list, more than nine months of documented Class 5 experience can waive the graduated-licensing learning period. A road test still applies.
The things that catch people out
A recognised car licence is not a recognised motorcycle licence
The motorcycle list is shorter than the Class 5 list. South Korea, Spain, Taiwan and Ukraine appear on one and not the other, so holding a recognised car licence does not mean your motorcycle licence is recognised.
