1. Educational use only
Drive IQ Canada is a free study aid, not the actual provincial knowledge test. Practice scores are not predictive of real exam outcomes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO), Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC), Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI), Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI), Service New Brunswick, Service Nova Scotia, or any other provincial or territorial licensing authority.
2. Source of questions
Every practice question on Drive IQ Canada is written by our editorial team based on publicly available provincial driver handbooks. We make every reasonable effort to keep questions current with the latest handbook edition, but rules and signs change — the official handbook is always the source of truth for your test. See our /sources/ page for a full list of handbooks we reference.
3. Accuracy and completeness
While we strive to keep questions accurate and current, the Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We do not warrant that the questions cover every topic on your real knowledge test, that practicing on Drive IQ Canada will result in a passing score, or that any particular question is identical to one you'll encounter at the test centre.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Drive IQ Canada only for personal, non-commercial study. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish our questions, designs, or other content; circumvent any rate-limiting or access controls; misrepresent the Service as affiliated with a government body; or use the Service in any way that violates Canadian, US, or international law.
5. Intellectual property
All content on driveiqcanada.com — including questions, explanations, design, code, and marketing copy — is the property of Oddly Sunny LLC, except for: (a) road sign images that follow the Transportation Association of Canada's MUTCDC standard, used under fair-dealing for educational reference; (b) provincial handbook material that we link to but never reproduce; and (c) third-party libraries used under their respective open-source licences.
6. User-submitted content
If you submit feedback, corrections, or suggestions to us by email, you grant Oddly Sunny LLC a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Service. We don't claim ownership of your underlying ideas, and we won't publish your name or message without permission.
7. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drive IQ Canada is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddly Sunny LLC and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost time, lost test fees, or failed knowledge tests — arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed CAD $50.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oddly Sunny LLC, its members, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your province or territory of residence.
